Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Beyond Basics Hair Restoration for use of this website and for product orders placed through it. The salon is in Wilmington, North Carolina. The site is published for beyondbasicshairrestoration.com.

By using the site or submitting a payment-link request, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site to place an order. Call us and we will help you.

How ordering works

This website does not charge your card. To buy a product:

1. Add items to your cart.
2. Choose local pickup or shipping.
3. Submit the Request Payment Link form with your name and contact details, and a U.S. shipping address if you want the order shipped.
4. Salon staff review the request, including availability, shipping, and sales tax.
5. Staff create an order in GoDaddy Commerce and send you a GoDaddy Pay Link.
6. You pay through that link. GoDaddy Payments processes the payment. We never see or store your card number.

Submitting the form saves an unpaid request. It does not place a hold on a card, and it does not confirm an order. Your cart stays in the browser. Later changes to the cart do not change a request that was already saved.

An order is confirmed only after GoDaddy Payments receives your payment. If a payment is canceled, fails, or is only partly received, contact us before you try to pay again. The confirmation page shows the status reported for that payment.

We may decline or pause a request if an item is unavailable, the address cannot be verified, or the request looks incomplete or automated. We will use the contact details you gave us if we need to follow up.

Pricing and North Carolina sales tax

Prices shown with each product are catalog merchandise prices. Your cart shows those items as an estimate. It does not include the final shipping charge or sales tax.

The payment link is the amount to pay. It lists merchandise, shipping, sales tax, and the total separately. Please review it before you pay. If something does not match what you requested, call us before paying.

We collect North Carolina sales tax where it applies. For a shipped order we use your street address, city, state, and ZIP code to identify the county. For local pickup we use the salon's Wilmington address. County rates come from the current North Carolina Department of Revenue table. If an address cannot be matched, we review it ourselves. We do not substitute a guessed rate.

North Carolina is the state where we are registered to collect sales tax. Deliveries outside North Carolina are outside that registration, so we do not add North Carolina sales tax to those shipments. Shipping is still reviewed before we send a payment link.

Shipping and pickup

You choose one of these when you request a payment link.

Local pickup is at 1124 Floral Parkway, Suite B, Wilmington, NC 28403. Pickup is free. We do not add a shipping charge to pickup orders. We will contact you when the order is ready. Salon hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday is by special request. Sunday and Monday the salon is closed.

Shipping is available to street addresses in the United States. We confirm the shipping amount before we send the payment link. The website does not calculate a carrier price in your cart. We do not offer shipping outside the United States through this site.

Items marked on backorder can take longer. We will contact you with any update or estimated ship date we have. This website does not promise a delivery date.

Returns and exchanges

Contact the salon before you send anything back. Call (910) 452-0072 ext. 2 or email info@salonbeyondbasics.com.

We can accept a return or exchange of a hair product when all of the following are true:

• You contact us within 30 days of delivery or pickup
• The item is unworn and unaltered
• It is in its original packaging

Custom, cut, or styled items are final sale. That includes pieces we cut, color, fit, or style for you, and any item that has been worn. Hair goods that have been worn or altered cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us right away. We will tell you how to proceed. Do not ship a return until we confirm it.

Product information

Photos, descriptions, and color names are guides. Hair color, texture, and density can look different in person than they do on a screen. If you are unsure about a color, fiber, or fit, call us before you request a payment link. Brand names, including Jon Renau, belong to their owners.

Using the site

Please give us accurate contact and shipping details. Do not submit false requests, try to bypass the payment-link process, or interfere with the site. We may refuse a request that looks automated or abusive.

There is no customer login on this site. Do not send passwords or card numbers in a form or email.

Limitation of liability

We describe products carefully and review each payment-link request before you pay. To the extent North Carolina law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the site or a product. If we are responsible for a problem with a product you bought from us, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for that product. These terms do not limit any liability that North Carolina law does not allow us to limit.

North Carolina law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. The version posted when you submit a request applies to that request.
